Eastern Standard Time. When
calling, please have ready your Coastal account number, instrument name
and serial number, your pc information, and specifics relating to the
problem. Preferrably, have
your instrument hooked up and running with your pc.
If it is recommended that you return the instrument
to Coastal, please include a packing list stating your company's name, the
instrument number, and the reason for the return.
Don't forget to insure the instrument while shipping.
